The oly thing I could see that would need to catch up is your calves. Other then that, I would just keep getting bigger.

Current goals is to look big. I love working out, and I love putting on my shirt that I bought last month and feeling that I am too big for it due to diet and dedication within that month.

You are very right. My lats and calves are almost IMPOSSIBLE to get bigger. While my arms and delts have always been my strong point, my lats and calves seem like they just NEVER grow, and frankly, it is very annoying.

    Any suggestions?

what are you doing for Lats/Calves right now...

My arms suck.. i was over training them badly.. Now that i have learned through the help of a good buddy. I hit them twice a weak but only 3 excercises a week... and yeilding decent gains soo far..

For calves, I usually do them after quads, with 2-3 sets of very controlled movements. I just go on the smith machine and load a 45 and a 25 on each side, step on a stepper and come all the way down and all the way up, very smooth and controlled, for about 35 reps each set to where it REALLY burns.

But, even before when I was heavily into working out, I would give calves a day (or even two) for themselves alone and they just dont respond. It's crazy.

For back day, I do pull ups, bent over rows, seated rows, and one arm db rows.

Do you see any flaws in my choice of exercises?

lookin good man. for 3 months back in the gym i certainly dont have any criticism. are you natural or have you dont any past cycles? keep doing what you are doing, and you could hit 200 in no time...(if you were looking to keep bulking up)
im coming off a year and a 1/2 off hte gym myself...i had mad health problems that no doctor could diagnose..after finally getting in with a specialist it turns out i have a torn diaphragm, and hiatal hernia. ive been back working out now for a month, and even tho i cant really do much more than high reps with a set of 40 lb dumbells while i await a possible surgery, its ****in awesome to see myself fill out again. anyway, i know what its like to be out of hte gym for a long time, and finally get back in it...keep busting your ass man, its paying off.

Hey bro, I am gald to hear you are back in the gym. Keep it up.

I have done one cycle in the past in my bb career. I did a test / M1T cycle for 10 weeks. It was great..

I am not looking to get in on any gear right now. I am growing with hard work and diet, and that is all that is important right now.

Here is what I looked like 2 mths ago when I got back into the gym after being away for 1 year (Ahh, it hurts my eyes, LOL). As you can see, muscle memory saved my life. I got down to 150 here (From 180, where I was my biggest)

are you sure your 168? you look good man, really solid. i found that heavy t-bar (close grip) worked well for me for a while. just make sure you change it up once in a while.

hehe, I am sure. I am actually 168 lbs on a good day. I don't know why I look so much bigger, but I dont show it on the scale. I never have. When I got to 180 before, people were telling me I look like i am 220+. Must be the tiny joints and the small bones.

Great transformation, Keep up the hard work..However you said you were having a hard time getting your back to grow but I did not see that you had deadlifts in your routine.. Might want to throw those in there and I gaurantee it grows..Good luck reaching your goals...

    Yeah, very nice progress

And for back, deadlift will blow it up. Just make sure you take enough time from it to recover, it really jams back.

    Cheers !

hehe, if I were to post my pics when I was 180, you would think I was 230.

Like I said, I dont know exactly why I weigh what I do. I have very skinny ankles, wrists, neck, etc. I think it is because I am very small jointed, small boned, small framed guy. I dont know, beats me.

As far as dead lifts, you guys are right, I don't do them. But then again, what do dead lifts have to do with lats?

It's like I almost want to give up on lats and calves (which I never will, of course) because they don't grow. Lats grow but at a very small rate, calves NEVER grow. I can have 26" quads and my calves will stay at 15.5 inches.

Ok, I might give them a try. I will probably start with rack dead lifts (smith machine) and warm my way to the free weights (Only because I have never done them before)

All I know is that pull ups are not doing the trick for lats..

    thank you... that is it...

lats too small, back not thick enough, and no calfs...

shoulders aren't wide enough.. (genetics) so you have to do what you can..

i would look into IGF and do spot injections for the lats and calfs..

get a tan, using MT2 which will help with fat lose as well..

and i'd like to see what high rep/low weight 3 months would do to your body..

you were somewhat unclear on what your goals were..

Congradulations on your transformation, i'd also like to see your diet during these 3 months..
