    19
    190lbs
    20%bf?

    I would like some critisism, what are my major weakpoints? Strenght's (if any)? I'm looking to cut down to 10 bf, i think i'm around 20%bf right now? Just got my diet in check and am starting cardio. Ideal wieght - 170lbs, 10bf.

    Diet:
    7:00 8egg whites with one yolk, 1/2 oatmeal
    10:00 protien shake, apple
    1:00 Large Chicken Breast, cup broccoli, water
    4:00 banana, protien
    7:00 salmon, salad, water, broccoli
    10:00 piece of fruit and slow digesting protien

    currently no supps.

    I would eventually like to compete in an ametuere show. does it look possible?

    dont like the diet. I like to eat every 2 hours while cutting or bulking. Sometimes itll end up hitting 2hrs 15-30min but no longer than that.

    Bodyfat looks to be a little higher than 20. 22-23ish maybe.

    Strengths are definitely your back.
    Weaknesses definitely your arms/biceps.

    Cut to 12% ish and that back will look great man...get goin

    if i cut down to about 170-175, is it going to make me look bigger?... since I'll be more defined?

    I would eat well, ie not starve yourself, train really hard (more pecs and arms will REALLY bring out a good shape) and do sh1tloads of cardio to pull down the bf.

    Sure, you can do a natural show soon as long as you are clean. First off you need to drop some body fat, say 15lbs or so and then figure out your goals from there.

    EDIT: Oops, just checked and it seems you have done a few cycles even though you are clearly too young and not ready to yet. I would say stop usiing steroids and get in shape before you even consider doing them again.

    You have a good base, hit the diet hard and you will look good.
