    I'd say 16-18 on BF, i have the same build as you... Just keep with the cardio and clean diet, time will shake off that unwanted fat. Good Luck

    I'd say you are in the 12% range as well.. if your eating habits are good & you are hitting the cardio, just give it some time & do some basic ab workouts...it will come. I think you have a good base to work from to really put on some nice muscle when you are ready. lookin good man.

    To really bring the abs out, do sit ups with a really heavy weight on your chest. That'll push the abs out a little more, then hit the cardio hard to strip off the last bit of fat.

    Thanks for the help guys...

    I have a couple of questions...

    a) what will really define the seperation of my shoulders and my biceps...
    for shoulders i do : arnolds, raises, shrugs, dumbell press

    b) im also trying to get a little more ripped in my chest... whats the secret?
    for a couple months now all ive been doing is: incline dumbell, incline flys, flat flys, cable crosses...

    any secret lifts/exercises would be much appreciated... thanks again guys

    ps: if anyone knows a good ab workout site with pictures of how to do the exercise id appreciate it... thanks

    I would post in Workout forum but;

    A. Do arnolds or db Press they are basically the same.

    B. Do only one fly. Try inc BB press, Flat BB, Inc Fly, Dips.
