    Currently looking for a bulking diet to start..
    just weighed myself at 193..fluctuates between 190-195lb

    my goals are to bulk up to 200 maybe a little more..
    im just not happy w/ the size of my bi's their lagging

    thought about Clen for the future, but will try and bulk more first

    I say 10% bodyfat and I think he does look 195lbs. Arms look to be 15.5in or so? Definitley don't need clen though - if you're interested in bodybuilding then you need to bulk up first. Props for posting pics!

    Looking good man, like you said arms need to come up a bit. I would work your deltoids more also. Chest is looking good and the legs are getting there too. If you want to put on some size I would bulk up like you said maybe 10-15lbs and go from there. Keep working hard.
