I'm 5'11" 18 years old roughly 195. Tell me what you guys think, I'm open to any constructive criticism.

You got room for potential, but you need to eat alot more...It looks like you have a ways to go before you get to your natural base. Up the cals to 3500 a day, get lots of sleep and stay in the gym. As far as juice, way too young.

Looking good, you look like you are well on your way. How does the diet look? You may want to check out the diet forum on here, it can yield awesome results if you know what you are doing. Diet is gonna be 80% of growth right now for you, so make sure you have it down.

ty all ill take any advice good or bad...my diet right now is not good as the eating situation at my house isnt too good because of lack of money in the house and what not so basically whatever i can get my hands on i eat....i know the bak is a bit hairy i kno i kno and ive asked friends to do it but they say no so ill have to go to a waxer....keep the constructive critism coming please ill take anything.

also as u guys can see my triceps are non existent...i work them out hard 1 -2 times a week they are getting better but are lagging behind the rest....close grip,pulldowns, and dips after a chest workout is what i do...any suggestions will be helpful.

i see i see...so instead of chest tris do bis and tris? and since i do back and bis do i now do back and chest and the reason why i do tris sometimes 2 times a week is because my split goes:
mon-legs
tues-chest/tris
wed-off
thurs-back/bis
fri-shoulder/trap
sat-off
sun-back to day 1
so every few weeks or so one day gets 2 times per week, idk if you guys will understand that poor attempt to try and explain though so sorry.

advice that i wish i would have got when i was your age while your still natural is EAT EAT and Eat you will be shock on how much smart eating(alot) will make you grow, then when you hit a cycle or two in your mid twenties you will scare people hit it hit it hit it HARD!!

i agree with beast. do a hard bis and tris only day but keep it to once a week. u could do a chest and abs day and then a back and shoulders/traps day also. good luck man, keep working hard and check the diet.

At your age just eat and you'll get massive gains. Dont be afraid to get some fat in order to add alot of muscle.
