    thanks guys those pis were taken 4 weeks ago trying to bulk for the winter up to 190lbs. i'll get my abs back during summer. my goal is to hit 200lbs 8-10% bf.

    Good base bro...
    Things that stick out that are lagging:
    Arms (tri's moreso than bi's)
    Upper chest (most ppl have this problem from improper lifting)
    Overall core looks weak, especially your lower back probably from lack of Deadlifts and your obliques.

    Post some pics of your legs and/or fullbody shots.
