New Pics At 253, Still Not Cut But Moving Forward

Here are my most current pics. 2 weeks ago I weighed 265 and now I weigh 253. I am still nowhere near my goal but I am showing progress, I think so anyways. Dont flame me I am still fat but its not gonna come off overnight.

Thanks for the comments guys. My goal is 220 if possible. I should be pretty ripped at that size. I would be happy with anything under 10%. I am guessing I would be around 10% at 230lbs. My lean body mass was calculated at 212lbs and at 265 I was 20% bf. My cardio is going good, I do at least a 1/2 hour a day running or on the cross trainer 4-5 days a week. I usually burn about 450-500 calories in a 1/2 hour.

I would try to bump your cardio up to 45- 1hr, I think you would see better results...

How tall are you, you don't look 265..Iam 265 at 5 10 and Iam much bigger..No offence..You have made some good progress..It looks like your going to have to work your chest hard esp...It seems like one of those hard to build areas on you..Good luck..

I am 5ft 11". I am currently 252 now. My chest may not look big but a month ago I was benching 415. Since I have lost weight I can only do about 405 but that is still pretty good. Somone told me on this forum before that "no way you can bench 415, I am bigger and in better shape than you and I cant bench 415" but I have no reason to lie, I swear on my baby sons life that I did in fact bench 415 and people at my local gym witnessed me doing it. But I feel I have made good progress, my body does not seem to like to show definition very well so I guess I am gonna have to lose a crap load of bodyweight to be cut. I may not look my weight but I have a very solid upper body over all so I guess my body just does not look its size lol. People usually guess me a 225 or 235 at the most and frankly I wish I did only weigh that much because I would almost be totally cut by now. Every one in this thread including king kong have been very positive about my transformation thus far and I appreciate that. In my past posts I was flamed pretty bad for being fat so I guess I must be making progress. Just remember "Its never too late to change the way you look and feel"!

exactly, different arm length, different grip, different bar, different gym, different conditioning, different breakfast and lunch, different night sleep, different day it all comes into factor on how much you can bench and when and its not worth argueing over, dont see why bench press is what all the beginners compare (not saying any beginners are doing this) what you lift dosnt make you any different outside the gym cause psyical stregth day to day and in athletic sports is all different.

Thats really weird that everyone on here cares nothing about the weight they can put up on the bench. for me that is the main thing I try to add weight to not so much bench but dumbells also. I mean dont get me wrong I try to add weight to everything. I look at it this way the more weight I put up with good form the more I'm working the muscle. My bench is nothing to brag about by any means, but if me and my friend were to have a strengh contest it would def be on the bench. sorry for the long ass story just had to get that out. dont mean to hijack your thread.

well said. i like to BODYBUILD. if what i benched was really my top priority id probably have a nice amount of extra body fat and would be strength training all the time. but i dont. i BODYBUILD. two different worlds. i like when people clarify on that subject.

That was the reason I was flamed, because I was fat....... too fat to start my cycle as well. Was it not the reason?

hey man first ill say that the results are looking great!

but i cant help but saying....why do guys always have to tilt their head back when taking pictures. especially guys who used to play football. you grab a high school football team picture, every freakin player has the head tilted back. it really isnt cool and surely doesnt make anyone look tough.

but great results keep it up.
