Hey bro,s,thanks for the feedback.Ive been lifting since my teen years.Cycled on and off since the 80,s.Always try to live by the golden rule(time on = time off) I try not to touch the orals anymore.As you get older ,the orals are alot harsher on the body.Most of my lifting is upper body these days.7 yrs as a infantry grunt (USMC) and the 25 mile humps ,wheels are pretty torn up.Ill post some more pics when i get rid of my current bloat state.42,but i still love that fuc-ing test.
