Criticise
These are some picks took during my Eq/winstrol /proviron (for libido) cycle and two pics (the ones where I am in jeans) after pct. You can easily tell from the pics which ones are after cycle because of the bulk (and some fat) gained after carb loading. Please criticize.
I have some lower body pics on my cell phone. I am trying to get the software to pass them to the computer. When I do I will post'em.

Stats? Back/Leg pics?
Great build with a lot of potential for size improvement. What are your goals?

This was during my 1st cycle (Eq/winny), and my second was the same (I cycle once a year during summertime). I did my first cycle after 10 years natural of trainning. I kept my diet strict and kept my weight loosing around 7% bodyfat. My goals...I think I pretty much achieved my goals, this is, being muscular without too muck bulk since I am rather short.
I will take some leg/back photos this week and will post them. (be gentle since I am not cycling right now).

Took some leg and back shots yesterday (cold). I agree with you as far as the legs go. It is my problem area and it is not due to lack of training, believe me. I do squats (up to 180kg= 400lbs) for 6 reps every leg workout, deadlift and tried every trick in the book to try to make them grow. Maybe two factors are involved. Genetics (my fathers legs a just like mine) and my previous sport history (I was a competitive swimmer for almost 10 years, and you know swimmer legs). It made get a good structure in the upper body. The rear delt I think is up to par with the rest, I understand they don't look so good in that sitting photo.
Go easy on me...I am off cycle for 7 months an needing some tan.

Almost looks like a different person in your recent photos.
Anywho, looking good, but get them legs and back up to par. They don't look bad, but they don't match your first set of pics (imo)Last edited by Reelmuscle; 02-07-2007 at 01:07 AM.

How has your diet been since you've been off cycle? Seems you lost a lot of size..

Actually I am heavier right now, not much though. But I was like 177lbs 7-8% bf during cycle and now I am 180lbs 15% bf.
It is easier for me to do a cutting diet since I don't have to eat so much and can drink a protein shake between meals at work. I don't have time to eat a lot between meals at work so my bulking diet is pretty much just trying not to loose weight.

But it was not syntherol. I have a pretty good peak in my left bicep but it is not like that. Must have been the angle or the low resolution of the webcam that did that. I like that picture a LOT.

I try to keep my abs series short and heavy to make my abs deep.
My ab routine is something like this:
Monday- Upper: 4X12-15
Lower: 4X12-15
Wednesday- Obliques: 4X12-15
Lower: 4X12-15
Friday - Upper- 4X12-15
Obliques- 4X12-15
I go heavy on loads (machines) and do the most difficult one in the book (for free ones) and try not to do the same exercises very often to attack from various angles. But again, genetics play a big role since I don't remember seing myself without my abs.
