    SD results

    just finished my sd today.
    5'10" 20 yrs old. am really pleased with the gains i made. went from fluctuating between 178-182 to 194 today. the weight gain is decent but the strength gains i made were pretty nice and that was my main goal of taking this stuff.
    any comments or crtique are welcome. check out my log in the supp. forum. "# 12's sd log"
    sorry no wheel shots right now, but ill take some soon. also i am apologizing in advance for my stupid faces and my needing of a haircut.

    edit: here is a pic of my wheels that i took last night, not flexed. my calves are my worst by far but im workin on them.

    i dont plan on running another cycle of sd i heard the gains are much less the 2nd time around

    i know i asked this before,but is superdrol like anadrol?
    if so dont you lose your gains if not part of another cycle,prob talking out my arse but id be interested to know.

    never used anadrol but from what ive read they're not alike...gains for sd can be kept if proper pct is used and diet is in check!

    im eating more than i ever thought i could and taking my pct properly. im really trying to keep as much gains as possible.

    being ur weight and having lifts of the amounts u listed in ur log is pretty rare, i know guys that are solid 220-230 that dont have lifts like that. 585 on shrugs, 110 db on shoulder press, must have some abnormally strong muscle fibers

    Whats up, I lift with twelve, and he is quite strong for his weight. Makes me jelous actually. I have personally seen all his lifts go through the roof on this cylce. I have witnessed first hand everything that he has done in the past few weeks. All the lifts he listed in his thread are accurate.

    sry again DfromGC, there is a kid at my gym who seems to have made it his life calling to try to discount the gains that i have made, even though im lifting right in front of him. so i overreacted to you saying i had strong muscle fibers

    Critique? Can't really say in that I am currently a work in progress too, but it would also depend what look you are going for.

    Do you want to get bigger? Or cut a little?

    I suppose you could always go for more definition overall, especially in you quads and also with your abs, obliques and such. Blast the calves a bit more and also the lats (things I am currently working on!). But yeah, good work...

    My critique...you could have attained this without the use of superdrol. But to each his own. I cant tell much about legs because you arent flexing them. I would say lat spread doesnt look too good. I would say best thing to do is hit some real poses so its easier for us experienced guys to judge you if you want some serious results and are serious about going further in this sport.

    You have a good build so far though, just keep up with it.

    i didnt take sd to get big however, i took it for the strength gains, which i feel i made a lot of.
