Possible New Acne Treatment

Hey guys...Just though I would share some info with my bro's who are having trouble with acne. I have never really had any acne problems to speak of, but when I began to juice my shoulders began to break out pretty bad. This condition got worse post cycle also. I tryed several over the counter products with no effectivness. I began another cycle and the problem just kept getting worse, so I went to wal-mart and purchased "On the Spot Acne Treatment" made by Nuetrogena. This is a cream in a small tube you apply 1 or 2 times daily. I noticed a BIG diffrence in only 2 days of use.....Shoulders are clearing up great. I also have been cleaning the shoulder area with rubbing alcohol before applying the cream.....Hope this will help some of you fellas...See ya.

also Fostex Soap I hear is excellent

I've had good success with 2% salicylic acid pads they are decent but shouldn't be the primary choice, go with a good soap or cream.

Remember to do it consistently until acne is gone.
