Me At 14 Weeks Out
Whats up.....right now im exactly 14 weeks out from my comp. Im sitting at 5'7 and 198 pounds. Ive cleaned up my diet alot the last 2 weeks, and gonna start dieting more intense starting tommorrow. Probably gonna start cardio at 12 weeks out. Ill see though......go ahead and critique.

Hey bro, you did a lot better job of staying leaner this time around...good work. You have definately put on some muscle as well. If I were you I woudl throw some cardio in right now from the beginning. Three days a week at 20-30 minutes should do it for now. I would have a goal or being pretty much ready to step on stage at 2 wks out this time around, that way there is no question you will be ready. Worse case scenario is you are ready a little early and you can throw some carbs back in to fill out more (which would actually be a good case lol). I would start the cardio now and adjust accordingly over the next 3-4 wks depending on how you are responding to the dietary changes. Stay focused and good luck.

Uconish, what do u do for ur legs to get the quad so flared on the inside? i struggle with that area bigtime. i heard u do the leg presses and squats a little narrower and that will work?

your overall physique looks great, very proportional. you are quite lean for not doing cardio.

Can anyone guess my BF right now....you can see the vascularity in my arms, i have alot in my shoulders, calves, and thighs(cant see these in the pics), and a few in the lower abs. I wanna say 10 or 11%. Think thats about right. Im still not doing cardio, just playing with my diet. Will continue this till weight stops coming off. I want to be single digets by 10 weeks.
