    New Guy

    I'm kind of new here and this is my first post. I just finished the EAS Body for Life Challenge a couple months ago and would like some feed back on my results.

    Well it was my first contest of anykind and it was harder than people think. My next contest is going to be the Mr. San Jose in 2003. I'm all ready on my way at 215lbs and 7% bodyfat.
