    Natural bulk

    Hey guys. First pic was about 170lbs. about a year ago or so. The rest are today, 208lbs. As you can see I gain weight really easily, but I also can cut relatively easily (22 y.o.). It was by no means a clean bulk (obvious), but just was curious about your thoughts and opinions. My goal is to be bigger next time I cut to that bf%. I'm about 5'8" so 208 is alot of weight on me.

    Stats:
    46" chest
    35" waist
    16.5" arms
    5'8"
    208lbs.

    Thoughts, opinons, I'm sre most everyone would agree I'm getting close to another cutter, but I've been debating on my first cycle (Test E only). Just don't know if I'll be able to fit in my clothes anymore!

    I think you would look really decent if you cleaned up your diet & hit up some cardio 4days x 40mins.you have a good base there...i think you just need to get serious about being in great shape...& you could be rather quickly.

    and clean those damn shelves!!! yikes.

    Definitely start cutting, you put on too much bf imo. Cuz sure you got bigger but I really cant tell how much actual muscle you put on.

    J/W your (22yrs old) I noticed a Male Pattern Balding in your pics..Is this from Genetics or AAS?

    quick question...
    in your fourth picture, on the shelf behind you, there is a picture of a kid laying down with his face in his pillow, and i think that is someone's avatar. ronan the barbarian i think. am i right? lol

    I remember you. You certainly are bigger, but i do think you should try to lose a bit of body fat before you run a cycle- in the interest of not having to buy a new wardrobe. Try to drop around 15 lbs. How much have your lifts gone up since you began bulking?

    My lifts have gone up significantly. I went from repping 225 X 5 to repping 225 X 12 on bench. Pretty much all of my lifts have followed the same thing. So I know I'm at least doing a little something right. Like I said I definately got sloppy w/ the bulk, but it really will take me no time at all to cut down. I use clen, and it just does wonders for me. The baldness is genetics not AAS. I haven't used any AAS. Thanks to the guys that think I have the base. You can look at some of my old threads (trust me their lots) and pretty much watch my development over the last 3 years or so.

    im thinking more and more that pic gives everyone the wrong impression of me but still funny...think ill change it now.

    Watch the dirty bulking... just because you are fatter dosent mean you put on more muscle. People dont understand that when you get fat you drop your free test and increase estrogen. Its unhealthy and it dosent work. Keep it clean.

    Would the significant increases in weight I'm able to move not be a sign of increased muscle gains?

    Other than the obvious ab-ticular-area....problems do you guys see anything that needs major improvement? Anything that outpowers the rest?

    Its difficult to tell right now because of your bf% but I can see that your triceps need a little more work.
