    dunno, just was thinking of running it for like 4 weeks, detox my liver after that, I havent decided because I got winny to finish with, I dont know if I can detox my liver well enough to jump right to winny.. What do you think.? I am at week 5 going to hit the test and eq until week 8 or nine and throw winny in from week 8-12. how do you think I should run it? I have never used winny, so I really dont know what to expect...

    Looking good Rubherchicken. Traps and arms look great. I think upper chest and delts should be your emphasis to really round out the physique.
