Newbie Teen
I'm 17. I've been lifting since I was in 7th grade (13 for those that can't do the math). And I plan do enter my first competion in May. And I am all natural.
Tell me what I need to work on, I thrive on criticism.

Good job bro... Your latissimus dorsi could use some work though (judging by the front double bicep... some more lats should be showing I believe). Arms are great though.

Thanks guys, I've really been concentrating on back thickness lately, and have kind of forgot about width. I'll get to that next.

I'm not a big fan of supplements, I only use them about 2 months out of the year. Although I did just start taking some stuff last week. I am currently taking Cell-Tech, Pinnacle's Juiced Protein, glutamine and N-Large2. As far as my workouts go, I do high volume, 15-20 sets per bodypart with 3-5 exercises. I vary the reps although I usually go heavy, 4-8 reps.
My diet isn't anything special, I eat pretty clean year round, no fast food, a lot of steak, oats, chicken, salmon, milk.

You're looking good.
I think you could use some more size on your chest, traps and Lats. You're condition is there and that's more than half the battle. Great arms!

Now you have very good shoulder and upper back development. Biceps looked awesome too..

Thanks guys. I don't plan on juiceing anytime soon, if at all. I'm going to see how far I can get naturally. So now, chest mass and lat width are on my priority list and I hope to bring those two up as soon as possible.

I currently workout on a five day split.
Mon - Quads, Hamd
Tues - Biceps, Triceps
Wed - Chest, calves
Thurs - Back, Rear Delts
Fri - Delts, Traps
I follow a high volume workout regiment.

i see u are workin tricers a day before chest..not good , try this :
mon-chest, abs
tue- biceps ,triceps
wed- quads,hams
thurs-rest
friday-delts,calves
sat-back,traps
sun- rest
do 4 exe per part for 4 -5 sets pyramidid 12,10,8,6,6.
