    thinking about competing again

i did a contest when i was 19, almost 7 years ago, and did pretty well but that seems like an eternity ago. im thinking about trying to compete sometime in the next year or so, just want to know what areas you guys think need the most work other than just adding overall size, be as brutally honest as possible. i'm working on bringing up my legs, i think they could be a lot bigger and still be proportionate.

    5' 11" 230lbs

thanks ahead of time for any advice

Why not go in for another show? If you can still look that good after 7 years that shows huge commitment to me. I would say your legs could do with a tad more work but then you already mentioned this already.

thanks for the critiques everyone, im going to focus more on my entire legs, traps, and abs. also i think just because i'm 5' 11" i do need to get up to 250lbs or so before i cut down, not sure how well i'd do going up against someone who is 5" shorter and the same weight as me. what exactly are the cut off limits for the weight classes? also if i went on a contest diet right now what do you think my stage weight would be, im thinking i would be around 205-210lbs pretty shredded?

You definitely have what it takes. When is the last time you've done a bulking cycle? Try that and cut it up. Your final form should rock!
