12 weeks left

I have 12 weeks left till my first show, and I just wanted to thank some of you guys that gave me some guidance and knowledge in order to try and achieve one of my goals.

stats 5ft 4inch and arround 190 ish pounds. Still have a number of body parts im trying to bring up, but all in time eh!!!

Thanks Captain Dominate, I'm doing the UKBFF South east & London Championships. Dont know what weight class yet, or maybe the first timers.
Im going to wait and see what I look like about 1 - 2 weeks out the maybe decide. It might be the under 80kg weight class though as i might do abit better than I would if I do the first timers. I might come up against some big m*dda f*kka who might blow me outta da water...:-)

Thanks guys, I will post progress pics every other week. Im not sure wether to start doing high reps for legs though!!! I was told to keep my leg traing heavy till 2 - 3 weeks out, then start repping like crazy. Because the cuts on my legs are not coming in as fast as I would like them to.

Thank you very much warrior, but you really dont wana know what my diet is like. Lets just say that i've had do what Ive had to do to try and get into shape...:-)

I'm lucky because I put on weight reall quick, and I loose weight really quick and I dont loose much muscle mass.

So lets just say my diet is extremely BASIC I feel ashamed to tell you what it is

And its a plus when you love cardio like I do.
