looking solid, back looks great could work on the chest and traps a bit more, why cut off your head in all the pics but the last one?

I would say arms are your weakest bodypart....looks like a slight case of gyno in those pics too...u cycled before?

gyno from puberty needs cut out to get rid of.
It doesn't look that bad IMO.

Hmm looks ok, i think there needs to be a rest day mid week, along with that i think there also needs to be one more rest day inbetween your arms day and chest--as your triceps might not be fully recovered in 2 days...Currently my split is:

Wed-Shoulders, Traps
Thur-Legs
Fri-Bi's and Tri's
For Bi's:
E-Z bar curls- 3-4 sets strict
Hammer curls (bring to chest)- 3 sets

i would alternate between dbell curls and hammer curls as hammers will target the forearms vs dbell curls will hit the biceps more...
