    looking solid, back looks great could work on the chest and traps a bit more, why cut off your head in all the pics but the last one?

    Yea ive been hittin them traps real hard the last few weeks hopefully theyll start coming up soon...never realized my chest was lagging but if you say so im gonna target that too...

    Cut off the head in the first two pics to compare them...

    I would say arms are your weakest bodypart....looks like a slight case of gyno in those pics too...u cycled before?

    Yea i had pubercent gyno....

    Took an SD compound last year...Was told nothing about a pct so i believe that has worsened them....tried letro therapy didn't do a thing...

    I plan on gettin the surgery when I can dig up 4K

    Good plan...might wanna try several letros before u dish out 4k tho, as some may be more potent than others...keep at it tho, hows the current diet?

    gyno from puberty needs cut out to get rid of.

    It doesn't look that bad IMO.

    Ive been targeting my arms for about 6 weeks now...Ive noticed some change...Im forming more of a peak i believe...

    They only increased about 1/2" in the last 6 months or so....

    Currently my split is:

    Mon-Chest
    Tue-Back
    Wed-Shoulders, Traps
    Thur-Legs
    Fri-Bi's and Tri's

    For Bi's:
    E-Z bar curls- 3-4 sets strict
    Hammer curls (bring to chest)- 3 sets
    Cable Curls--- 3 sets and Drop Set

    Any Suggestions guys would be appreciated

    Different Letro's---I purchased the one from A-R what exactly do you mean (NVM i see maybe ill try purchasing them from diff source down the line) thnx

    My diet currenty:

    Morning- 3 whites 3 whole eggs, 1 cup oats +
    From there on I eat roughly every 3 hours---Damn Metabolism
    Throughout the day each Meal consists of Carbs: Oats, Wheat Bread, pasta--Protein: eggs, chicken, Lean beef, Protein shakes, cottage cheese, etc..

    For Bi's:

    Hammer curls (bring to chest)- 3 sets
    Cable Curls--- 3 sets and Drop Set
    Hmm looks ok, i think there needs to be a rest day mid week, along with that i think there also needs to be one more rest day inbetween your arms day and chest--as your triceps might not be fully recovered in 2 days...

    i would alternate between dbell curls and hammer curls as hammers will target the forearms vs dbell curls will hit the biceps more...
