hey guys,
im boyan, im 19 weigh 212lbs and im aorund 20% BF, im trying to cut the body fat so i will be posting pics every week to let you guys see how im progressing or how im NOT progressing, either way critique me
eating about 2800 cal, about 120g of carbs (jus a rough diet)
breakfast: three slices of bread and some nutella spread, cup of milk
lunch: cup of brown rice, table sppon of salsa, slice of fresh mozarella and a whole wheat sandwich with some turkey and chicken breast
dinner: a piece of chicken, cup of yogurt, cup of baby carrots
I KNOW THIS DIET SUCKS, I SLACKED ON MY DIET BUT I WILL FIX IT FOR THE NEXT WEEK AND SEE THE RESULTS THEN
im also drinking about 2 gallons of liquids a day, water and crysal light, and some skim milk
