JAKKED @ 7weeks out!
heres a few quick shots of me @ 7weeks to go.. sorry-the pics suck ass & I'm exhausted...I'll try to get more over the weekend. current weight is 187

CD...diet is solid as hell..nark helped me out a ton...the pics totally blow... I look soo much better than the pics dictate..I know I got a long way to go.

Calves look like grapefruits.
You're forgetting to pull your legs though.
There's definate difference between pics number 1 and 2.
Neither does you justice.. but number 1's lack of tension is more noticeable.
Condition's coming along.
Keep pushing hard though.. You're still behind, but not to the same degree as before.
Hit me up lemme hear what you're doing for cardio so i can modify that if you'd like.

p.s. If you havent started posing practise yet.. i'd start now.
3 session per week.. 20 minutes each session.

lookin pretty good, like nark said id start posing practise even if u bump up to more session if ur curently doin some, it can never heard to just keep goin over it. good luck with ya comp. keep the pics comin

Bro, huge difference from your last pics.....this forum is fantastic, being able to utilize the experience of someone like Nark to fine tune your diet and cardio. Good luck on your count down, look forward to the next set of pics....

feeling good nark. guna get pics weds nite. I had an issue during am cardio today....I got dizzy,nauteous,lightheaded & puked in the locker room...I think my blood sugar was low....I feel better now.

Keep it up my friend... Things seem to come together in the end.. You look solid to me... follow the guidance you are getting from Nark... he seems to be in tune to your needs.... how much cardio are you doing... whats your current weight, body fat ????
