Pics: Gettin' Cut for the summer!

Picture from the archives, scroll down!

    Hey guys.
Commin up on 2 years working out. Finished my first cycle of Test E/500mgs week last Feb and I've been working on gettin rid of some of the fat for the summer.

Im eating about 2200-2400 kcals a day and I jog about 4 times a week.
Measured it @ 11% BF today and I weigh about 180-182lbs. Up from 171 @ 12% last december.

And here are my weak points - legs. Been working pretty heavy with them once a week. Hopefully I'll be able to bring them up to speed once I start gaining weight again.
That calf picture does me no justice, not like I have good calves, but It was hard getting in a good position and getting a good pic, they are a little better than they seem.

Any comments on size or symmetry is welcome, im not a body builder but want a good balanced "athletic" build.

    Thanks!

Nice going bro. Do you do the ketogenic diet? Do you k-cal cycle? Count every calory, eat the same meals every day? Take some kind of thermogenic? I'm in the same boat and it's a major commitment. At this point, I think I might be overtrained which, is a first. So, resting up, lowering cardio and eating carbs. Brought my cals up too. I'll recover and I'm rearing to go! Good luck and keep posting your progress. I be sure to do the same. Stay Hungry!

    How tall are you again?

Overall good progress, just keep hitting it hard and getting adequate rest.

If you're ready to bulk up slowly I'd up the calories to 2400-2500 or just drop the cardio.

    Im 5'10". I workout 2 days on, 1 day off, 2 days on, 2 days off = 1 week.

I wanted to pretty much maintain during the summer, and bulk during September and possibly try another bulking cycle at that time. This would give me would give me a little over 4 months/16 weeks from the end of my pct (cycle was 11 weeks, pct 5 weeks) and i think that is enough time off.

Next cycle I wanted to possibly incorperate a DHT such as masteron because I'm gyno prone, seeing how I had to take 2mgs of Amiridex a day to keep my nipples from being tender/aggitated.

I know I need to catch up on the legs, but is there anything else that come to the eye?

    thanks

Changed my leg routine today actually: 3-4 sets of 10
    Squats
    Leg press
Hack squat on machine (seems to work just quads)
    seated leg extension
    laying hamstings
standing calf raises (4 sets, SLOW, about 12)
    seated claf raises same procedure

sound arrite or what would you do? I switch up every couple weeks between hack squats and lunges.

    thanks

To give you an idea of how far I've come, this is a picture of me in Feb 2005, so like 2 years 2 months. I was at about 155lbs, BF% was probably around 20% or so.

Notice the "Torso Track" that was my idea of losing inches around my mid section.....haha!
