Huge difference bro!! Now THAT is the way before and afters are supposed to look!!! Fan-fucking-tastic progress my man! Arms, chest, delts and back have all come a long way in a relativly short period of time. Your diet and training MUST have been spot on! Way to go!

Notice my right hand? I don't have a thumb. It got ripped off in a machine about 6 years ago. I lift with a plastic thumb and a wrist brace. I really worked my ass off during my cycle. I have a diary in member cycle results forum "Sus/Deca diary". Check it out if you have any questions. Please fill me in on what I need to work on.

Changing from a righty to a lefty was very hard, but you'd be suprised what you can do when you don't have a choice!!
