At 37 years of age, my first 12 week cycle has been one of the greatest experiences in the latter part of my life. Ten years ago, I would have scoffed at the idea about doing a test e/dbol stint and would have written off the notion as dangerous and bad for your body. I am now convinced that cycling in moderation, with proper knowledge, diet and training is safe compared to the lives I see my own neighbors living every day here in the United States. My aforementioned ignorance was a blessing in disguise to me because it allowed my body to grow naturally and to completion (bones, testosterone, etc.). Most importantly, it kept me away from rushing into things and most likely making mistakes that I would regret later (bad or no PCT, improper dieting, lack of knowledge and experience). Like anything else in life I encountered trials and tribulations such as a sprained wrist early on and appetite suppression from the dbol. Such is life.
What has concerned me the most as I did my research here is all the young men out there jumping into this serious choice of life. My simple piece of advice is do not think you are ready and do not even consider AAS until you have at least 5 years of training natural and are at least 25 years of age.
