    I Won Illinois State Pics

    Its been a while since i posted.just thought i would share some pics,I just won the light heavy and overall at the npc illinois state bodybuilding championships on may 19 in the mens open division,here are some pics let me know what ya think, thanks.

    Now that im nationally qualified I will take some time off from competing so I can put enough muscle on to be a heavy weight a good 15 -20 lbs for me as im sure i wont be able to make light heavys again next year, and thanks for the compliments.

    my pre contest diet is very custom tailored for my self and wouldnt work for most people,as far as coming in hard and dry I cut alot of water and eat alot of pizza and yogurt!if anyone is interested more about my diet PM me
