    Hi All

    Hi Everyone,

    A friend directed me towards these forums. I am looking for advise more than anything. I am a pretty fat/large guy aged 22. About 19 stone. Picture on the link below.

    I have recently started at the gym doing about 2hrs cardio workout 4/5 times a week.

    What I really want is to lose the weight and tone up as well. Anyone got any tips etc.. any roids out there I can use whilst doing this? or should I do with out.

    Welcome to AR

    You defiantly do not need any steroids, just get a good diet and train consistantly and you will lose weight, good luck.

    what he said...theres a ton of info on this site, everything you need...stick it out and in a few months you can look dramatically different.

    good luck my friend, take a visit to the diet forums, if you have the knowledge and ambition you won't need drugs to accomplish your goals

    Hey All,

    Quick couple of questions:

    1.) As I am just trying to lose weight and not tone myself up as such yet - but what should i be eating - am i correct doing as I am doing and just eating protein and minimal Carbs to decrease the sotred body fat? Any examples of foods? current eating mainly meat and veg.

    2.) When I am in the gym I have been drinking lucozade sport which is powdered and i mix it up myself - is this ok or should I just be sticking to water?
