Hi Everyone,
A friend directed me towards these forums. I am looking for advise more than anything. I am a pretty fat/large guy aged 22. About 19 stone. Picture on the link below.
I have recently started at the gym doing about 2hrs cardio workout 4/5 times a week.
What I really want is to lose the weight and tone up as well. Anyone got any tips etc.. any roids out there I can use whilst doing this? or should I do with out.
