I been reading this forum for quite sometime, and decided to join u guys. I have to say thanks to all the people out there that post their knowledge, for guys like myself to read. About me I just turned 31 years old and have been training for several years. I have never used any gear, not that I don't want to, but I am unable to. I decided 4 months before I turned 31, I was gonna see how lean I could get with zero cardio. I started at 205lbs, and just took dieting advice from the threads in here, and the other advice u fellas have to answer. I am now 185lbs and heres a front picture. I just bought a camera like 1hr ago so i wanted to step up and show u what i have done with no cardio. Im gonna post the rest of my body, legs, etc but I want to get things started. Im gonna start cardio next Monday, but I really need to ajust my diet because I melt. This is just a no pump.
