That is awesome progress for 1 Year mate, you definatly dont need to touch the Juice for quite a few years to come, as you dont seem to have any troubles gaining mass naturally...

I got 15.5 inch bis, and i started traning SEPT last year...
My stats are a tad under yours, i weigh 160-162 though.

definately putting some mass on the arms, and looking good. are you trying to hide the rest of that mass buid up or what? either way keep up the good work and hit the weights hard. not sure what you looked like before but you seem to be progressing very well with only a year under the belt. can't wait to see you with another year underfoot.

I was your typical fat kid, I had plenty of friends and stuff but I was unhappy about myself so I read up on bodybuilding etc.
