Not to bad for a fat powerlifter
Im close to 260 pounds in the pic. Im about 5'10 or so. I eat pretty clean most of the time, but drink a lot of beer. Im a powerlifter, right? My best lifts are 1030 squat, 700 bench, 800 deadlift. This is the only cool forum left of the internet. So, thanks for havin me. Greg

you look good but I'm hard pressed to believe you weigh 260 and those #s are impressive if they are true #s.

Im 258 pounds in the morning, 260-261 at bedtime. I compete in the 242 pound weight class. I have the world record in that class. I have totaled 2502 at the Arnold Classic. My name is Greg Panora, I train at Westside Barbell. Feel free to Google my info.

Wow! Unbelievable (that's why I doubted you). It's exciting to have a world record holder on the forum! I'll be looking at your posts for my own edification. Welcome aboard!

No problem man. I understand. As bodybuilders/ powerlifters/ gym rats we have become accustomed to be being fed BS on a daily basis. You wouldn't believe the crap I hear every day. I meet at least 10 former world record holders everyday Most the time they can't name the 3 lifts in a contest. Anyway, I'm fed up with the crap on other boards and you guys seem real cool. So, its great to be aboard. Any Westside or powerlifting questions u guys have, feel free.

Wow, great to have you aboard man. Seriously impressive stats there... And great to see a power lifter who is in shape bigtime. I try and train in the "powerbodybuilding" category so im sure i can think of a few questions to fire at you over the next few weeks!

Crazy numbers and great condition compared to most powerlifters I've seen in my area. Most powerlifters although strong as an Ox dont seem to care about what there physique looks like, but thats JMO for the powerlifters I know in my area.

Strength is always number one. But, getting girls is a close second lol. I like to look like I lift weights. Apparently most PL's dont care. That is stupid to me. Check out FLEX mag in 2 months I should have some pics in there. They came to Westside and took some pretty nice pics and did a interview. I told them there better be no Muscletech ads with Jay Cutler in betwwen the article makin me look bad.

If you weigh 260 and we can see your abs like that you aint fat. Ron coleman weighs like 295 and his abs aren't toned hardly at all. In fact I am unworthy to post this because i'll probably never have stats like yours. I will settle for 400-500 bench. 99.9% of the people on this site can't touch your stats.
