    pics of me at 210

    heres me at 210, now im almost 212, lookin basically the same 2lbs is not much, and i added it to the legs. anyway, im 5'11, on HRT with a little deca added in a few weeks ago for the joints. comments welcome! these pics were taken cold, not after a workout. lookin forward to talkin to you guys.

    and for the info i someday want to be about 230 lbs. id be 220 if my legs would be bigger, but theyve come along way. stubborn but im beating them into submission. ill try to take a pic of them. why were u guys curious to see how big they were tho?

    good man indeed then, slipknot has changed my life. they have to do with my next tattoo. anyway, thanks the legs need to grow alot and i want to up my strength a hefty dose. size will come, strength is what im after currently. and im prtty bad, i se a small person in the mirror

    why do ppl post pics of their legs when there is no definition so pics arent 3d so u cant tell how big they are

    damn man thank you. that means alot to me coming from someone as buff as you! im really working on bringing up the legs because if they were proportionate id probably be 220 anyway. onloy been squatting and deadlifting for 2 months. first time i posted pics and i hadnt been doing either. id probly look better at 240 being at 5'11.

    Just keep hittin it bro, looks like you've got a solid base so now it's time to step it up a notch. Get your diet consistant, training on point and GROW.

    Post again when you're 230. Worry about leaning up later just keep a clean diet and you will stay close to the same bodyfat.. 3500-3800calories/day for you would be perfect for a leanbulk IMO.

    hey I B D. remember when i posted pics at 193? you helped me alot and ive been following what you told me to do for legs. theyve grown 3 inches and probly 1 1/2 on calves, BUT they are stubborn, and it is from my dads genetics. i dont care, im beating them into submission. i agree with what you said on the diet, thats something ive really been taking seriously. taste has no effect anymore. tonight it was tuna, and hardboiled eggs. im not worried about leaning up at all, i know your exactly right im building the base. im not here to look pretty...yet =D im also very concerned with strength though. and thats lagging.

    Hell yea bro, that's some badass results.. Now that you mention it I remember your old pics, you're MUCH thicker now.

    Keep a workout log from workout to workout and compare your results so you progressively lift more weight or more reps EACH workout with proper form. After 6-8wks switch the routine and start a new log.

    yeah man ur exactly right i have to get a journal. so like try to go up even 5 lbs a week on each lift, of course ill strive for more. (halo starts in 2 days)

    any weak body parts? besides legs...i know. even squats arent getting those damn things sore or much bigger. actually im starting to kinda fill out my shorts but not as much as i want to. leg press and lunges seem to work better. i do like front squats however being as i really want to get my tear drop bigger.

    and for your tear drops, i like doing lying 40deg hack squats, with feet together or 5-6" apart. go slow on the negative and go deep!

    i agree man, im trying my back is decent strength tho, i bent over 225 for reps of 10. i agree with the thickness issue i dont know how to do it though!

    even tho im onl 5 lbs heavier now, these look much better.

    I see u improve alot man on your last pic; hey good luck buddy, myself I have gone from 195 to 222 Ibs in 5 months. I will stop when I reach 250 Ibs of lean muscle body. Ha ha ha!
