pics of me at 210
heres me at 210, now im almost 212, lookin basically the same 2lbs is not much, and i added it to the legs. anyway, im 5'11, on HRT with a little deca added in a few weeks ago for the joints. comments welcome! these pics were taken cold, not after a workout. lookin forward to talkin to you guys.

Just keep hittin it bro, looks like you've got a solid base so now it's time to step it up a notch. Get your diet consistant, training on point and GROW.
Post again when you're 230. Worry about leaning up later just keep a clean diet and you will stay close to the same bodyfat.. 3500-3800calories/day for you would be perfect for a leanbulk IMO.

hey I B D. remember when i posted pics at 193? you helped me alot and ive been following what you told me to do for legs. theyve grown 3 inches and probly 1 1/2 on calves, BUT they are stubborn, and it is from my dads genetics. i dont care, im beating them into submission. i agree with what you said on the diet, thats something ive really been taking seriously. taste has no effect anymore. tonight it was tuna, and hardboiled eggs. im not worried about leaning up at all, i know your exactly right im building the base. im not here to look pretty...yet =D im also very concerned with strength though. and thats lagging.

Hell yea bro, that's some badass results.. Now that you mention it I remember your old pics, you're MUCH thicker now.
Keep a workout log from workout to workout and compare your results so you progressively lift more weight or more reps EACH workout with proper form. After 6-8wks switch the routine and start a new log.

yeah man ur exactly right i have to get a journal. so like try to go up even 5 lbs a week on each lift, of course ill strive for more. (halo starts in 2 days)

Good job, keep going strong, I would recommend dieting harder, thats where the gains come frome.

i agree man, im trying my back is decent strength tho, i bent over 225 for reps of 10. i agree with the thickness issue i dont know how to do it though!

even tho im onl 5 lbs heavier now, these look much better.
