    ya i do think i got some gyno i duno though cuase they aint sore theres no lump just a lil extra size to them then normal ive been taking .5mg adex for the past id say its been 5-6 days ive been on it, first cycle i finished one cycle liked the results so decided to extend it another 6 wks and i got about 3 weeks to go on the extra 6..im 6ft 190 pds 14 pct bf... also thx for the replies so far

    2 years not really consitent...6 mons 5 days a week consitent then did this cycle

    nothing like hard work and dedication. seriously, you werent ready and when youre off youre going to look the same as you did before you took aas simply because you werent ready and youre body knows it.

    OH..... i thought this would be with out gear
    Strong shoulders and extending cycles is not usually a good idea once its done its done recover properly and rest your body!
    More compounds and more food!!!
