I am not flexing in any of those pictures and I have zero pump. Those after pictures where all taken 4 days after my last cardio and training session and I am very relaxed.
I would say your caliper test was dead on. 9-10%. Looks like a great quality lean mass that has been put on and great distribution too. Don't mind columbus, he is always like that.
A great example of his diet would be:
breakfast, 3 grapes
lunch 4 triscuits.
dinner chef salad, then throw up
He does mix it up though with new fad diets he reads in teen magazine or cosmo.
