I took the overall at my show!! certainly didnt think this would happen at my age (47)...was a local non sanctioned show.Was a great experience doing this.....learned a whole lot about my body , and what to do for next show!! Anyways here some pics to view......pics are two hrs. after show.....my contest pics came out very dark ... hope to get some visable ones soon!!

thanks man. I've been working hard on my diet and learning as much as I can, I go back on cycle in August and am expecting some good gains. Maybe by the time I'm 47 I'll catch up with you

Thanks bro! I look to do an NPC show ( masters) in about eight mths. I will be improving some areas upgraded.... i will be concetrating on more overall mass.....esp. legs!

Thanks bro! appr. it! i'm 5'7" 187 lbs right now..... only gained about 6 to 7 lbs since the show....but i have been eating somewhat of a clean diet, only a couple of pig out days, yummy!! Thanks and hit em hard yourself!!
