yea, ive had a few cycles under my belt....im off cycle in the pics right there....ive ran some test/deca , test/eq, and a test only cycle....and the knowledgable fools on this board is the reason i keep my gains....this board is awesome....and rotary, i actually did cut my hair all off, for the first time in like 4 years, lol....and i think im gonna keep it that way....thanks for all the compliments bros, keep on keepin on!

I think you look very good. Nice chest and back.
Without legs shots, the only thing that I see that you might want to catch up with the rest of your size, would be your arms. Pound those DB preacher curls to make your bis longer and give it a taller peak.
Other than that, you're looking lean and mean.

Thanks bros for the compliments, and Johnny....you're right, I do need to up my bis and tris quite a bit, i need more peak on the bis, and my outer head of my tri needs work, any ideas, i usually do DB preacher curls towards the end of my work out, should i move them to the beginning and go heavier? any ideas would be much appreciated, and my thighs are gettin there i have real big, lean ass calves, my calves are awesome, so i hear, lol...so they make my thighs look babyish, its retarded, lol

thanks for the advice bros, i'll def move preachers up in my rotation also my split doesnt pair bis/tris together, i go chest/bis and back/tris, any more advice.....i get the packing out of my ear tomorrow from my stapedectomy, so hopefully the doc will let me go back hardcore again, i hope! now im at 50% of my max's, but i kinda cheated a little woops, lata bros
