    Thought I'd post back progress

    found old back pictures of me.. and thought i would put them together for shits n giggles. those 3 pics are over a span of maybe a little over a year.. first one is at 180-185. 2nd is at 210-15 and last one is 200.

    and i thought i would throw in the last pic just to show how great my winny(vascularity) is working on my somewhat high body fat.Click image for larger version.

    Looks like some improvement in terms of bodyfat reduction. I dont think you had a proper base of nutritional understanding to start AAS but I mean we all start too early so its nota big deal. But keep your diet in check and keep hitting it hard and you can really fill that frame out.

    thanks guys.. i was hoping to try and compete for my first time at lackland air force base.. november 4th.. like at 170-180.. but im not sure if i'm going to..i dont want to compete unless im like 5-8% body fat... i just started cardio.. like 2 weeks ago. and finishing my first cycle on sunday.. .

    but hopefully i can compete at the lackland classic.
