you don't look bad for a 19 year old
If your legs are lagging, then concentrate on them because they are the base, the foundation and if they are strong everything else will naturally become stronger

Dam dude, not bad at all for 19! I was about 140 lbs. when I was 19, I'm only 5'8 though
As stated above, make sure you work on your legs. Especially as a football player. That lower body strength will dramatically affect your game no matter what position you play.

For 19 you definitely have more mass than I did. I was soft and bulky looking at your age and not nearly as big. Keep it up. People will be looking up to you and asking you for advice in your near future. Good job.

Looking great for 19, keep doing what your doing, your legs will catch up. I have always struggled with my legs, I neglected them when I first started training, and over the last 5 years have blasted them in the gym. Finally, they are beginning to take shape, and slowly im becoming quite proud of them.
It wont happen quickly, remember that habits you form now (training your legs consistently and hard) will reap rewards in years to come

you say you play semi-pro ball... id black my face out for sure! you may not have cycled, but having your face on a site related to AAS could cause you some grief down the road. like everyone has said, lookin great. delts and back could use some work, what position do you play?

I don't think his delts look that bad. I would say hit those legs hard you'll be glad when you do because it'll ignit more growth on the upper body as well. Keep it up and good luck playin ball!
