    Its different from day to day, but try to eat 3700-4000kcal (Bulking)

    Typical meals:

    1: Oatmeal, in skimmed milk, and proteinshake, multivits and creatine
    2: Chicken and rice, water.
    3: Chicken and rice, water.
    4: Eggs, different kinds of meats. PWO shake (Carbs-prots)
    5: After workout: Protein with carbs
    6: Chicken and rice.
    7: Shake before bed, whey isolate

    4 split:

    Day 1: Chest bi
    Day 2: Legs
    Day 3: Off
    Day 4: Shoulders Tri
    Day 5: Back
    Day 6: Off
    Day 7: Off

    I train stomach on different days.

    hey man we all start somewhere... diet is as important as your workout routine. You made good progess keep it up I want to see updated pic in 3 months
