    Thanks for all the positive comments .... I will do another stack in the New Year and maybe try some hGH (if I can get hold of some). I will post again in the future with an update.

    Thanks for the positive responses

    I have been training most of the time since my mid 20s. I wasn't able to train for a few years as I had elbow problems. I had an operation and had to rest it completely for 6 months...... so I have been training again for just over 2 years.
