Pics of myself
Ok guys, Little nervous about doing this but figured I'd throw my self to the wolves and see what happens...
Here are pics of me.. Not the greatest of light, looks like my entire chest is washed out in the flash...
Stats...
currently 190
bf (last checked was 15% about 2 months ago)
I have been lifting for 10+ years.. fairly decent diet
I am a VERY hard gainer.. I gain strength but not size... (runs in the family)

How's your diet? I remember when I would be able to gain strength and not notice any muscle growth but then I found this place where I learned how to eat!

And you have been lifting 10 years with a fairly decent diet, dude. You could get ALOT bigger then that in 10 years with good eating habbits and training.

i usually start low and then work my weight up to where my last 3 sets for each excersise is 10 / 8 / 6 (with increasing weight)
And I ususally change up either the order or the workout or add / subtract an excersise about ever 3-4 weeks....
My friends always comment on how my size and strength dont add up.. ie: i lift heavier then most would think i could
I know I cheat a lot on the diet but I eat a ton of protien, lots of tuna, egg whites, muscle milk, oats..
example of yesterdays food...
Morn
3/4 cut oatmeal
2 cups 2%milk
2 scoops muscle milk...
snack
4 egg whites (hard boiled)
Lunch
6" Subway spicy italian sub with double meat and no mayo (yea i know, i shouldnt eat out but with my line of work it is very difficult not to)
snack
2 cups 2%milk
2 scoops muscle milk...
snack
apple
2 cups 2%milk
2 scoops muscle milk...
workout
1 cup milk
1 scoop muscle milk
dinner
tuna sand 1can tuna low carb bread
snack
4 egg whites
I have bad genetics when it comes to gaining muscle mass... my dad and brother are the same way....

Dude your are eating practically nothing -.-. I would feel starved on that diet and I currently weigh 140lbs and still dropping weight.

Just remember its easy to stick a needle in your ass but it is hard to force food down your throat..If you want to gain size bad enough you will force yourself to EAT!!!
