    me now at 245 tonight...sadly most of the weight was put into my still tiny ass legs...

    what b/f% ya'll think i'm at?
    6' 245lbs...im 4 weeks into a test e cycle and have only gained about 10lbs(water weight?), most of it has been in the last week....

    hard to say from just that pic, but I'd guess bf to be around 18% or so.

    agree with the above %. btw i dont think ur legs are tiny. they have some good thickness....
