from 154lbs to 215lbs (5 years)
ok i have been training HARD for 5 years now and wanted to show u my results
here is me age 22 before it all started - as u can see - i was pretty skinny lol

ok this is me after 3 years of training having just finished my first cycle
was wei***ng around 205lbs but was FAT - prob 15%

here is me about 8 months later after a cut cycle
wei***ng around 185 lbs and as lean as hell

not sure when these were taken but was wei***ng around 195lb and still lean

earlier this year - not much bigger - around 200 - 205lbs but lean and just started modelling hence the better pics lol

G-force... my oldest boy has put on about 15-lbs of lean muscle 3 summers in a row. I know this because he stays at a weight almost all school year "wrestling" and around 8%bf. Over the summer he just gets bigger... less cardio, just adds muscle and stays under 9%bf. Part of maturing and getting older, just wondering how old you was in your first pic?

Wow, that is an incredible change!
How do the legs look?
What did you do different with your chest routine between the 185 and 195 pictures? It improved dramatically there.
If it wasn't for seeing the face and the series of pics, I would never believe the first pic, and the current ones are the same guy.

in your short cycles you try to gain at least 5 pounds of lean muscle? do you bulk diet or eat a little more than you do when doing a cutting diet?

chest has always been a bit week for me
i noticed i didnt really get the shape on the side chest and lower pecs - the squared off look (that some people genetically have better than others)
so my main change was HEAVY dips was doin these every week with up to 3 plates hanging off my belt
definitely helped to change the shape of my chest
