no i've never used steroids
i went through a transformation my stats are 5'6 156lbs 13.5% body fat
the pictures were taken jan 07...then i updated 9 months later aug 07..
i feel like im getting to my physcial peak, im not sure how much more i can improve my all around muscle growth.. i'm very lean but i dont think if a person looked at me they can notice that im in shape, which annoys me.. i'm in the bulking up stage but i feel as though im not bulking, i'm more worried about putting on excess of fat.. i'm wondering what steroids would do to my body, how much more of an improvement can i really reach for, or do i just work out to sustain what i already achieved ?Last edited by Godson; 08-31-2007 at 08:39 PM.

I wouldnt say you have reached your natural potential yet, you can still shave off enough bodyfat to reach below 10%. Muscle growth can still get bigger as well without any juice. Keep going naturally

when do you guys decide to bulk up and cut down, the obvious time is by the seasons.... however when i decide to bulk up during winter seasons the fact that i have to gain fact which in turn highers my body fat percent, its a pain in the ass not to be able to have the best of both worlds... big and cut ??? what do you guys do ?

I think you should just stick to bein natty, you have already made some great gains as it is. I think you just need to realize that nothing will happen overnight. If you feel like you have hit a wall change up your diet, or change your training, its all trial and error you just have to keep messin with it.

Very lean???! I wouldnt go that far. Nice base there lots of clean food and smart training 3-4 times per week is the way to go IMO

then i usually just eat a big dinner , chicken breast, rice, veggies
or baked fish with rice, or pasta
i have no idea what a lunch should be like..i tend to skip it
i know if i want to bulk up i have to intake more cals but its difficult unless i eat like mcdonalds which im against fast food for the most part..
i just take my whey protein shakes post workout thats about the only thing i'm on

If you want to bulk you will have to do a lot better than that, it takes more dedication to eat right than any other aspect of bodybuilding in my opinion.
Spend some time in the diet forum, it's not easy to make yourself do it, but the results are worth it. Good luck.

if youve made that much improvement within a year, where you stand right now is no where near your natural potential..eat big and keep it clean you will continue to grow im sure...theres no reason you couldnt pack on another solid 30 lbs over time(if you wanted too)...read up learn as much as you can and stay consistant brotha!!

I cant wait for a custom title that would be awesome. Theres only one thing that concerns me its that even if you have a madd cool custom title, you would be embracing the fact you have no life and spend all your time on this board

lol im obsessed with this board myself... i was curious to an answer on this..i was going to start my own thread but i might as well put it here....
I have notice that many....many people decide NOT to incoperate DECLINE when they bench ...why do so many people completey skip over decline...it just seems logical to me that you would hit flat bench incline and decline when working out ??

I am really glad you found this board and are into training and bodybuilding but you are going about your diet in the wrong way and need to really get dedicated in order to see the results you want. You can EASILY put on a lot more muscle without the use of AAS.
I mean I hope you can take this all lightly and realize we are just trying to help you. But man my grandma eats more meals than you do in a day and you are trying to bodybuild
Get your ass in the diet forum dawgie styles.

I agree! don't think about AAS right now.....throw up a diet on an excel spreadsheet trying to fit in 5-6 meals per day.
Google the harris benedict formula. I agree, doubt your even taking in 1,500 cals. Find out what your maintenance cals are, then go from there.

I say you should stay a natty as long as possible. and I dont know if it has been mentioned yet but to keep your body in an anobolic state (to grow) you should be eating carbs, protien, and some fats every 3 hrs. Eating twice a day wont cut it. Good luck
