^ You don't need genetics you just need to be short.

Uh don't take what I said so seriously but don't kid yourself either. Shorter people have it way easier than tall guys. It's just the facts of life. Of course you need hard training, diet, gear, ETC but you know what I'm saying is true.

Carlos why would you waist your time searching for pics of me because of what I said? I'm going to assume you took offense to what I said. If you did that's your problem. Now I should be waiting for a retort saying how I should post pics of me and blah, blah, blah right? And then based on what I look like on my pics, that will determine on how you respond to it correct?
I bet if you saw my pic and I looked good for only being 6'3 235lbs you would be hesitant to make smart remarks assuming you would. But If I looked like shit in the pictures you would flame your hardest right? Just curious……..
As clearly stated in a post above did you miss where I stated that diet/training/gear/ etc was important?
Let's see how you answer this Carlos:
Would you not agree that the "majority" of short people have an easier time bodybuidling than tall people?Last edited by swing lo; 09-13-2007 at 07:31 PM.

Interesting that you start with leg ext. Just goes to show there is more than one way to skin a cat.
Do see an improvement though, keep at it!

meh, it's OK, if your into having a chiseled body and huge legs.....good work.
-
Definitely see a more pronounced sweep on your quads. For one month and such visible results, I'd say you're doing everything right to push the envelope on growth.
Love your leg split routine...so far I do legs once a week...I know I need to split em up as well, just takes a big mental leap to go from 4 to 5 times a week workouts...but seeing your progress is a definite boost. If you dont mind, could you show some pics of your hams (flexed and unflexed), people hardly ever show their hams when displaying their wheels..I guess its difficult if you're taking your own pics.
Cheers bro!

Carlos your hams look great. I also like to start with leg extensions not only to pre-exhaust the quads but also warm the knees. Just curios. Do you take every set to failure or maybe the last 1 or 2 of each exercise?

Awsome work for a month, keep up the intense work.

Hey carlos,
your hams are definitely one in a million... I'm amazed how so many people (like me) don't give them the individualized attention like you do... now that's how well developed hams should look like...You've managed to gain impressive size on your wheels on all angles and yet maintain the much sought after aesthetic symmetry... thats great inspiration...especially when I have my leg workout tomorrow
thanx for sharing,
cheers

carlos, looking AMAZING. i too do extensions before squats. i skip leg press cuz it doesnt seem to do jack for me, but my legs are good and warmed up when squats roll around. anyway those are lookin thick! id devote a day to hams and calves but i hate training legs enough as it is, i dont have the mindset for that at the moment. just ignore whoever said u were big cuz u were short, that was retarted. shorter people dont grow easier, however i have noticed there is a direct correlation between height and POWERLIFTING, not bodybuilding though.

Your an animal Los, no doubt! If short people have it easy, I must be doing something wrong. I'm 5'8" and spend 6 days a week, at an hour and half minimum a clip, at the gym and my legs aint lookin nothing like that. Cudos to you bro. Just out of curiosity, what are the rest of your stats? I'm interested to know what your actual measurements are...... I need motivation

U look killer ...took a lot of hard work to get that way ..I hate legs but u can't grow it u don't do em...great genetics as well I only know 2 ppl that have killer genetics they can look at weights and grow lil....good work!

awesome bro!, but u only look like that cause ur short, lol jk!, wat an idiot i guess some people feel like they need to make excuses wen they arent having the results they want. anyway as always very impressive, it keeps me motivated, peace bro!

BTW i can only imagine how frustrating it would be to diet like u do, workout as hard as u do and dedicate ur life to something and have someone say that the only reason you look the way u do is because of ur height, i can see why u take offense to that as i would as well, anyway not all see it that way, i appreciate ur dedication and view ur results for wat they are, peace
