    I'm back after a hiatus...

    Just wanted to say hi and post another pic...I'll try to get pic of the legs up, I've just been so busy with work the last few months, I haven't even been on the board much! Anyway, thanks for the great comments on my last pics I posted.

    whats your stats , u have nice proportion. but having said that, work on the V shape and the abs a bit more, u'd look awesome.

    I'm 5'11", 180 lbs, I'm not sure on BF...maybe 8%? Just a guess.
    Umm...I don't really max out, so I can't say there, but I can work out on DB Bench with 95's for sets of of 8-10, and the most I've done 225 on Bench is for 11 reps, so maybe that can give you an idea on a max, I'm not sure. I try my best on the ab shape, and it had a bit more V when I was in college, but its tough to diet strictly and hit abs as much as I want with work taking up 45-55 hours of my week. I'll take that as a challenge, though, and try to get them V'd up!
