    Bench 165 ---> 220

    chest i do 5x5 bb press on monday, then an all chest day on tues which is DB press, DB incline, BB decline, cable flys, and a press machine. i haven't cycled yet, just creatine, no products, protein, and glutamine.

    i didn't gain anything but i was cutting and went from 172 to 159 then back up to 170.

    I don't know why you were cutting at 172... not exactly fat... but if you're looking to put mass on you need to eat more. Post your diet up in the diet forum for critique.
