If you want to gain muscle, post your diet and workout in the appropriate forums for critique. If you can't gain weight, something is wrong with one or the other, or both.

so do you think that i can gain like at least 15lbs of quality muscle on my frame easily, cause my diet and training is in check, actually all my money is spent on diet so it cant be any better at least for now till i find a job someday to afford for it,i live in egypt and food and supplements are too expensive for me to afford so its kinda limiting my bodybuilding limits and thats the best that i can do for now with the few test only cycles that i have run, well i am like 4 kilos less than my max in those pics..

You should probably post up your diet and workouts for critique... if you've ran cycles and you STILL weigh that much, something is seriously wrong with your diet... get it fixed.

i have posted it in the past i believe ,seriously my problem is that i have super high metabolism and i am now at an end where i dont believe that i can gain much naturally anymore eventhough i am considered to be light weight, its all about my metabolism i guess ,i will try bulking naturally as much as i can and i will see how it works before starting my test deca cycle..

i have to add as well that i have seen a lot of pictures for guys training naturally and wei***ng much more than i do,most of their mass is fat and not muscle mass,i do believe that one cannot add much muscle mass not overall mass even if his diet is in check and if you are looking for lean mass gains naturally you would look for a 5-10lbs a year at maximum, which aint that motivating at all cause its hard to work my ass off and try to get money as much as i can to sustain my diet to gain such mass which i might loose if i got flu or something like that cause i am a hardgainer and yes hargainers do exist but you have your pros and cons and you should know how your body works and work around it ..its not at all motivating specially if you are at my height,i mean 5 or 10lbs on a short frame would appear as much but wont at all on a tall frame like mine ..hope some one understands what i am talking about ,its not like i dont wanna workout or taking steroids as en easy solution cause seriously i wish i can reach the body that i want without steroid use cause i am concerned about alot of the sides and i am not looking to be a 200lbs plus muscle beast ,everyone has his own goals and i wish that i can reach mine, through hard work and dedication of course.thanks

If you can't gain weight naturally, you're not eating enough, or your training sucks, or both... plain and simple.

meal 2 : rice and meat or chicken ,whatever theres at home for lunch and veggies.

meal 3 : pre workout : a big can of tuna ,1 or 2 loafs of bread and pepsi or any fresh juice .

post workout : 50 grams of whey + a cup of oatmeal and honey and sometimes i might add dextrose to the mix ..
i am using kreation creatine pre workout for now .

meal 5 : another can of tuna + juice..

meal 6: 2 or more burger sandwiches and juice or coke..

i usually have a 2 litre of my own shakes of milk ,peanut butter ,oat meal and honey ..

so what do u guys think about my diet ?
Looks interesting to say the least... eating a loaf or two of bread at a time?

White or wheat bread? Hardly any protein in this meal... not good. Try 8-10 egg whites, 2 yolks, 1 cup of oatmeal and a protein shake.

meal 2 : rice and meat or chicken ,whatever theres at home for lunch and veggies.

How much rice? White or brown? How much chicken?

meal 3 : pre workout : a big can of tuna ,1 or 2 loafs of bread and pepsi or any fresh juice .

How much tuna? How do you eat 1-2 loafs of bread... a loaf is like 15 slices of bread. Once again, white or wheat bread?

post workout : 50 grams of whey + a cup of oatmeal and honey and sometimes i might add dextrose to the mix ..
i am using kreation creatine pre workout for now .

meal 5 : another can of tuna + juice..

How much tuna? Need complex carbohydrates like oatmeal or brown rice at this meal.

meal 6: 2 or more burger sandwiches and juice or coke..

2 burger sandwiches... any idea on protein/fat/carbohydrate counts for these?

i usually have a 2 litre of my own shakes of milk ,peanut butter ,oat meal and honey ..

so what do u guys think about my diet ?
Well, it would help if you gave us more details... what kind of bread, quantities of foods, times you eat foods, etc. To me it looks like you're not eating enough calories. You need to figure out how many calories you're eating every day, try entering your foods into www.fitday.com and it will give you protein/fat/carbohydrate counts for each meal as well as the full day.

I know you think you eat a lot, but until you total your calories you can't be sure. If you fail to plan, you're planning to fail.

Check out the link I posted in my replies above... as well as this one.
