Your arms are ok, but if you want to look "solid" I would say thicken up your chest especially the upper part a little bit, along with your neck/traps. Otherwise though I would say your fine if thats the look you want.

If you don't want mass, then you look good bro, but personaly i think if you put on 10 more pounds and keep ur cut, you'll look great.

Dude, not sure what other are talking about, but having stated your goals, I think you look great! What you have is what I am trying to work toward. I too am not looking to add a ton of mass, just want to look solid, defined, and vascular. You've accomplished all of this with the diet your on and just var?

Just make sure you keep burning that glycogen and taking those insulin sensitive receptor suppliments. Because if you don't we all know you can make yourself type II diabetic and you'll get fat. Most of us guys here have to stick with protein and very little carbs until it is carb loading time. I have bulk times and then cut times, but even in bulking I make sure it is good fuel I'm pumpling into the gut! You look good man. Don't mind these guys on here that are saying you are small.

I have been following CEO for a while on getting tips to get ripped etc.. Bro ou look cut !! congrats.
Its actually hard work to get cut. Props to you on that subject. Whatever you did worked out and thats what counts!!
Some people cant achieve that look and the first thing they say is....You could of done that naturally....or your diet sucks and blah blah blah.
I think you look great and for me you are an example, a look that I am still looking to achieve and getting there. So Big Props to ya bro!!
