Your arms are ok, but if you want to look "solid" I would say thicken up your chest especially the upper part a little bit, along with your neck/traps. Otherwise though I would say your fine if thats the look you want.

Just make sure you keep burning that glycogen and taking those insulin sensitive receptor suppliments. Because if you don't we all know you can make yourself type II diabetic and you'll get fat. Most of us guys here have to stick with protein and very little carbs until it is carb loading time. I have bulk times and then cut times, but even in bulking I make sure it is good fuel I'm pumpling into the gut! You look good man. Don't mind these guys on here that are saying you are small.
