    7 week mark 265 pounds. Not as impressive looking as I hoped for losing 20 lbs. I think I looked just as good on my way up when I hit 275.

    can definately see noticeable improvements. you look like you had a pretty clean bulk in your first set of pics. did you ever have a bicep injury? your arms are super thick but they have an odd peak...

    Nice work so far. Your V-taper is really starting to take shape. How tall are you. I'm guessing 6'3" or 6'4"

    6'2" on the dot when I am bare foot. I have a hard time gettin an impressive v-shape. My back is extremely wide, but I like my father have a very thick waist.

    Nice man, its pretty phenomenal how much bigger people look when they trim down, If you can cut down like you did 2 years to 250 this time...the city will have to build a new sidewalk for you, just outta respect.
