A little introduction first, ive been training (unsuccessfully and poorly) for about 2 years on and off and have decided to really kick my own arse and push myself properly.
After changing my diet over the past 6 months and eating properly, taking a good protein supplement, i have gained considerably just naturally. Training hasnt gone so well over those past 6 months due to family problems etc, but all is well now so im going to blitz myself over the coming 6-12 weeks.
Ive just started a course of Sus 250 and Dbol to start.
Ive attached an image of myself now, and will add one in 6 then 12 weeks, hopefully to get some feedback from yourselfs on my progression (good or bad, i can take it)
