Starting Out!
A little introduction first, ive been training (unsuccessfully and poorly) for about 2 years on and off and have decided to really kick my own arse and push myself properly.
After changing my diet over the past 6 months and eating properly, taking a good protein supplement, i have gained considerably just naturally. Training hasnt gone so well over those past 6 months due to family problems etc, but all is well now so im going to blitz myself over the coming 6-12 weeks.
Ive just started a course of Sus 250 and Dbol to start.
Ive attached an image of myself now, and will add one in 6 then 12 weeks, hopefully to get some feedback from yourselfs on my progression (good or bad, i can take it )

Woah brother... you need to make sure your diet is in check to get the most out of your time and efforts... post your diet in the diet forum for critique.

Get that base built up naturally first, juice is just the icing on the cake when you cant progress anymore without it.
